Tenant PI adds Free PIC Check to Landlord History Report!
Expands tenant history records by 7,605,200 tenants.

When you use Tenant PI's Landlord History report, it searches our 2,000,000 tenants first and deliver results to you instantly.

PIC Check then searches PIC for the SSNs input in Tenant PI's Landlord History Report expanding our search by 7,605,200 tenants. If information is found in PIC, it updates Tenant PI with the name and number of the PHA even if they have never been a Tenant PI subscriber. Thus, you will be guaranteed that any applicants prior PHA housing information will be caught.
